SHIPPING

  • Items are shipped within 1 to 3 days after we have received the order. They are shipped out monday through Friday.


RETURNS

  • Yes, we understand that sometimes customers might not be fully satisfied with an item and we offer refunds and exchanges. To qualify for a refund or exchange, shipment must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving package. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with the next step to return your purchase. Items must be in the original condition they were received. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, free of scent, and free of any make up stains. ONLY merchandise purchased at full price qualifies for a full refund. Please see below for merchandise purchased on sale, clearance or using any promotional code.

    Sale Items or items purchased using a promotional code:

    Any item purchased on sale using or not using a code may be return for store credit ONLY. Customer will receive a code with the value of the product and may be used at any time toward any item of their choice. Code never expires.

    Clearance Category:

    ANY item purchased on clearance are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

    Any item purchased at 40% off and more is considered clearance and FINAL SALE.

    Non-Deliverable Address:

    Items sent back to us due to a non-deliverable address do not qualify for a refund. Store credit will be issued via email.

    Please note original shipping fees are non refundable. If original order received free shipping, a shipping charge will be incurred for the exchanged item. An invoice will be sent via email.

    *Any returns that do not follow the above guidelines will not be honored.

    Refunds & processing time

    • Your refund will be processed within 3 business days as soon as we receive the merchandise. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account as soon as the transaction has taken place.
